TERMS & CONDITIONS

Preliminary

1. This promotion is being conducted by Alcatel Mobile using Facebook developed by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”), wherein the user (“You”, “Your” or “Participant”) has an opportunity to participate in the Contest (defined below), subject to these terms and conditions (“T&C”).

2. By participating in this promotion, You agree to be bound by:
a. these T&C;
b. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Flipkart.
c. the applicable terms and conditions of Facebook.

Contest Details

3. The Contest shall commence at 19:00 hrs, 15th February, 2018 and ends at 23:59 hrs, 15th February, 2018 (“Contest Period”).

4. To participate in the Contest, You are required to do the following during the Contest Period:

a. Log into Facebook and Facebook Messenger with a valid account.

b. Users have take a screenshot of the Slot Machine at the chosen tasks and finish three of the tasks in line to win the Jackpot. They should submit the proof of the tasks below the contest post in the comments section. Multiple entries are allowed.(“Entry”).

5. 1 lucky participant from among the Jackpot winners (“Winner/s”) will be able to avail Alcatel Pop 4 Tablet on the Platform (www.flipkart.com) from their registered Flipkart email id and next 2 lucky participants from among the Jackpot winners (“Winner/s”) will be able to avail Alcatel U5 HD Mobile Phone on the Platform (www.flipkart.com) from their registered Flipkart email id.

6. Winners will be announced by 20th February, 2018 on Our Facebook Page. They will have to share their Flipkart registered email id and phone number via inbox on Flipkart’s Facebook platform by 28th February, 2018.
